Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training programs, including venue booking, material preparation, and participant communications.
- Develop and maintain training schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal timelines.
- Liaise with vendors, trainers, and internal teams to secure resources and resolve logistical challenges.
- Monitor training budgets, track expenses, and provide cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection and performance metrics, recommending improvements as needed.
- Manage registration processes, including tracking attendance, distributing certificates, and maintaining accurate records.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry standards for all training activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, event management, or logistics support.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software.
- Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or virtual training platforms.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site training events (if required).
