Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for training programs, including venue setup, materials, and equipment.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of training services.
- Develop and maintain training schedules, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
- Monitor and track training resources, budgets, and expenditures to optimize cost efficiency.
- Prepare and distribute training materials, both digital and physical, to participants and facilitators.
- Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve logistical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to training programs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and training management software.
- Familiarity with budget tracking and financial management for training programs.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving logistical challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
