Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all logistical requirements are met, including venue setup, materials, and equipment.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align training objectives with business goals.
- Manage training budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain training calendars, communicating updates to participants and facilitators.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of training materials, both digital and physical.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback and implementing improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all training activities.
- Provide administrative support, including documentation, reporting, and data entry related to training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with training management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in the ICT or business process outsourcing industry is a plus.
