Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing training modules to identify gaps and areas for improvement in manufacturing, transport, and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to develop actionable plans for enhancing training effectiveness and operational outcomes.
- Design, update, and deliver engaging training programs tailored to diverse audiences, including new hires, existing staff, and leadership teams.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting programs as needed to maximize impact.
- Ensure all training materials and sessions comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development and skill mastery.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on training progress, challenges, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep training programs relevant and innovative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., TTT, OSHA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related role within manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for diverse audiences, including frontline workers and management.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs, measure effectiveness, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
