Responsibility

  • Design and develop technical training programs for lift and escalator systems, including hands-on, theoretical, and digital learning modules.
  • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to technicians, engineers, and operational staff, ensuring alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO, EN, ASME).
  • Assess training needs through skills gap analyses and feedback from field operations to continuously improve program content.
  • Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules, to reflect the latest technological advancements.
  • Monitor and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and certification upon completion of programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety protocols, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance best practices into training curricula.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in lift and escalator technology, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to ensure training relevance.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and compliance documentation for auditing purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in training/education are a plus.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in lift and escalator systems, with a strong foundation in technical training or field service.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training programs in a corporate or industrial setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, EN 81, ASME A17.1) and compliance requirements for vertical transportation systems.
  • Proficiency in using training software (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms) and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify training gaps and measure program effectiveness.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali or to other regional offices for training assignments.
