Responsibility
- Develop, coordinate, and promote life-saving training programmes, including first aid, CPR, and emergency response courses.
- Collaborate with local partners, businesses, and community groups to expand programme reach and participation.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, instructor assignments, and material preparation.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback to continuously improve programme quality and impact.
- Drive sales and enrolment through targeted marketing campaigns, outreach events, and digital engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, certifications, and participant data in compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide administrative support, including invoicing, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.
- Stay updated on best practices in emergency training and humanitarian education to ensure programmes remain relevant and effective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training coordination, programme management, or a similar role, preferably in the non-profit or humanitarian sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus, particularly in promoting educational or training services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or learning management systems.
- Passion for the mission of the Red Cross and a commitment to humanitarian values.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
