Responsibility
- Lead a team of instructional designers to create high-quality, interactive e-learning modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise).
- Develop and implement instructional design strategies aligned with organizational goals and learner needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze training needs and design effective learning solutions.
- Oversee the full e-learning development lifecycle, from storyboarding to final deployment.
- Ensure content adheres to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices in adult learning theory.
- Track and report on project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in e-learning technologies and instructional design methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficient in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-learning projects, preferably in corporate or HR training.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.) and SCORM/xAPI standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or ADDIE models is a plus.
