Responsibility
- Develop, organize, and implement comprehensive training programs and CME activities aligned with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, seminars, and webinars, including venue booking, material preparation, and participant registration.
- Liaise with internal teams, external speakers, and medical professionals to ensure high-quality, relevant content delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback collection, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of CME credits, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and digital resources.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on training objectives and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in medical education and corporate training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training coordination, CME management, or a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, LMS platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, compliance standards, and adult learning principles is a plus.
