Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage training logistics, including venue bookings, materials, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate training records and participant databases.
- Assist in the development and distribution of training materials.
- Liaise with trainers, participants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Provide administrative support to the training team, including report generation and data entry.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and training standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training coordination or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
