Responsibility
- Assist TCM practitioners in preparing herbal remedies, acupuncture tools, and treatment rooms.
- Greet and register patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in process.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Educate patients on TCM principles, aftercare instructions, and lifestyle recommendations.
- Manage clinic inventory, including ordering and organizing herbal supplies and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in all treatment areas.
- Coordinate appointment schedules and follow up with patients for feedback and progress tracking.
- Support administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and clinic correspondence.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of TCM principles, acupuncture, or herbal medicine is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
