Responsibility
- Monitor automated algorithmic trading systems in real-time to ensure operational stability and performance.
- Execute daily pre-trade checks and post-trade reconciliation processes across multiple global asset classes.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot operational incidents or system anomalies efficiently.
- Liaise with technical teams and exchanges to resolve connectivity or data feed issues promptly.
- Manage trade lifecycle events, including corporate actions, settlement monitoring, and margin requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational workflows and internal risk control documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive daily reports regarding system performance and trading activities for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 1-3 years of experience in trading operations, middle-office support, or a similar fintech role.
- Strong understanding of electronic trading workflows and financial market dynamics.
- Proficiency in SQL and the ability to query databases for trade data analysis.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical issues clearly.
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages is highly regarded.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
