Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to financial advisers, including managing client communications, scheduling appointments, and preparing documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial reports, client statements, and compliance documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth workflows and ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
- Handle inquiries from clients and advisers, providing prompt and professional responses to enhance client satisfaction.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering and verifying required documentation.
- Monitor and track deadlines for compliance and regulatory submissions, ensuring adherence to Australian financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for financial advisers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role within the financial services, banking, or wealth management industry.
- Strong understanding of financial terminology, processes, and compliance requirements (experience with Australian financial regulations is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
