Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of products at distribution centers and retail outlets to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the handling, storage, and display of products to prevent contamination and ensure freshness.
- Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and any non-compliance incidents, providing detailed reports to management.
- Stay updated on local and international food safety regulations and ensure that all products adhere to these standards.
- Train and educate staff and partners on best practices for product handling, storage, and quality control.
- Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure seamless quality control processes from manufacturing to delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the food manufacturing or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel to different locations within Bali as required.
