Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain organized inventory by labeling, stocking, and rotating products as needed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to load and unload trucks, ensuring efficient logistics operations.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and hazard-free to uphold safety standards.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to inventory and shipments.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics (1+ years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems.
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20-25 kg safely.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with safety protocols and willingness to adhere to PPE requirements.
- Flexibility to work shift hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
