Responsibility
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to guarantee accuracy and reliability of quality measurements.
- Document and analyze quality control data, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to prevent defects.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and resolve quality-related issues in real time.
- Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards relevant to manufacturing and logistics operations.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for non-conformities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality protocols and best practices to uphold consistent standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and demonstrating compliance with quality systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or assurance within manufacturing, electronics, or logistics industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, SPC).
- Proficiency in using measurement and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, multimeters, spectrophotometers).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) for reporting and collaboration.
