Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end trade operations process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and retail teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze trade performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and trade agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to enhance collaboration and resolve any operational issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and meet customer demand.
- Prepare and present regular reports on trade operations performance to senior management.
- Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in trade operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade operations, supply chain, or retail operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using trade operations software and tools, such as ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.
