Responsibility

  • Design and implement trade marketing strategies to boost product sales and market share in retail channels.
  • Develop and manage promotional campaigns, including in-store activations, discounts, and bundling offers.
  • Collaborate with distributors and retailers to optimize product placement, merchandising, and shelf visibility.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Create compelling point-of-sale (POS) materials and visual merchandising guidelines to enhance brand presence.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing activities, providing actionable insights and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, vendors, and retail partners.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure proactive and competitive trade marketing approaches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns in retail environments.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel or BI software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing distributor and retailer relationships.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative promotional strategies and merchandising solutions.
  • Experience working in FMCG, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
