Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets within the assigned territory.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with wholesale and retail partners to improve product visibility, shelf placement, and stock availability.
- Implement effective trade marketing programs and promotional activities to drive consumer demand at the point of purchase.
- Manage inventory levels across retail outlets to ensure consistent product supply and minimize stock-outs.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, store managers, and business owners.
- Conduct regular site visits to audit compliance with sales standards and gather actionable field intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in trade marketing, field sales, or distribution management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse business partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a field-based environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the Iligan City coverage area.
