Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with wholesale and retail partners to improve product visibility, shelf placement, and stock availability.
  • Implement effective trade marketing programs and promotional activities to drive consumer demand at the point of purchase.
  • Manage inventory levels across retail outlets to ensure consistent product supply and minimize stock-outs.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, store managers, and business owners.
  • Conduct regular site visits to audit compliance with sales standards and gather actionable field intelligence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in trade marketing, field sales, or distribution management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a field-based environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the Iligan City coverage area.
