Responsibility
- Assist guests in planning and booking tours, excursions, and local experiences tailored to their preferences.
- Provide expert recommendations on Baliâs top attractions, hidden gems, and cultural activities.
- Handle reservations, confirmations, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with local tour operators to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service in person and via digital channels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, seasonal activities, and travel regulations.
- Prepare and present daily reports on bookings, guest feedback, and sales performance.
- Upsell additional services, such as private guides, transportation, or premium experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service (prior tour desk or travel agency experience is a plus).
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, French) are highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in booking systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
