Responsibility
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Philippines E-Commerce market.
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with top-tier creators, celebrities, and rising influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement high-impact campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize creator partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective and high-ROI collaborations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Act as the primary liaison between creators and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or creator management.
- Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns, preferably in the E-Commerce or digital content space.
- Strong understanding of the Philippines digital landscape, including social media platforms and e-commerce trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
