Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of TLM Smartstream solutions for a leading Singaporean bank.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities.
- Provide functional and technical expertise to optimize financial processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user manuals.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Train and support end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of TLM Smartstream solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and project success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Techno Functional Consultant, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of TLM Smartstream and its applications in financial systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience in system integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in TLM Smartstream or related technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
