Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and SAP Business One applications, resolving technical issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems from threats.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Lead and support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to standardize operations and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and backups to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives and user needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and end-user support.
- Proven expertise in SAP Business One implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including firewalls, encryption, and access control.
- Experience managing vendors and IT service providers in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in networking, server administration, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or SAP are a plus.
