Responsibility
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvements and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and validate system functionality against business requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT/software development projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or basic programming concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
