Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project and program management for semiconductor and ICT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary accountability point for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across multiple high-complexity projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and executive teams to define priorities and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor and report KPIs, milestones, and financial performance to stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- Drive process improvements and best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, or ICT industries.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-budget programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to influence at all organizational levels.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in risk management, budgeting, and resource optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on innovation and quality.
