Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies for the Center of Excellence, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and prioritize high-impact projects.
- Design, prototype, and deploy AI/ML models to solve complex business and educational challenges.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on AI best practices, tools, and frameworks.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI usage, including bias mitigation and data privacy compliance.
- Monitor AI system performance, iterate on improvements, and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Drive thought leadership by publishing insights, presenting at conferences, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record in deploying enterprise-scale solutions.
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, or computer vision frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies.
- Experience in AI governance, ethics, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, responsible AI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Superb communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
