Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Business One, including gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration.
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Provide expert functional support for SAP Business One modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Conduct user training and workshops to ensure smooth adoption and maximize system utilization.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams when necessary.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a SAP Business One Functional Consultant or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Business One modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Proven track record of successful ERP implementations and client-facing project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Certification in SAP Business One is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
