Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and materials.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to optimize inventory and reduce lead times.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align supply chain activities with operational demands.
- Prepare and present reports on production status, risks, and mitigation strategies to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to track orders, shipments, and inventory levels accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the oil & gas or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
