Responsibility
- Creator Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, vet, and onboard high-potential TikTok creators and affiliates aligned with our brand values and target audience.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates through regular communication, incentives, and performance feedback.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize conversions, engagement, and ROI.
- Content Strategy Collaboration: Work with creators to develop authentic, high-performing content that resonates with audiences and drives affiliate sales.
- Performance Tracking: Track KPIs (e.g., click-through rates, conversions, revenue) and provide actionable reports to stakeholders.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to inform campaign adjustments.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, commissions, and exclusivity agreements with affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate efforts with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 2+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or digital sales, with a focus on TikTok or short-form video platforms.
- TikTok Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTokâs ecosystem, creator economy, and best practices for viral content.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics) to measure and improve campaign performance.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for negotiating deals and fostering partnerships.
- Relationship Builder: Ability to build trust and rapport with creators, affiliates, and internal teams.
- Results-Oriented: Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in affiliate or performance marketing roles.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Refersion, UpPromote) and CRM tools.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving digital landscape with shifting priorities.
