Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to expand marketplace and website sales channels.
  • Optimize product listings, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and the company website).
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
  • Oversee customer service for online channels, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Identify and implement new technologies or tools to enhance e-commerce operations (e.g., CRM, analytics, automation).
  • Stay updated on industry trends in ceramics, home decor, and digital retail to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or home goods sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads, etc.).
  • Experience managing marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) and e-commerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for product listings and campaigns.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM software.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
