Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to expand marketplace and website sales channels.
- Optimize product listings, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, and the company website).
- Analyze performance metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including product descriptions, images, and videos.
- Oversee customer service for online channels, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Identify and implement new technologies or tools to enhance e-commerce operations (e.g., CRM, analytics, automation).
- Stay updated on industry trends in ceramics, home decor, and digital retail to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce management, preferably in retail or home goods sectors.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads, etc.).
- Experience managing marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.) and e-commerce websites (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting for product listings and campaigns.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
