Responsibility
- Process and issue travel tickets for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure bookings and confirmations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to ticketing and reservations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, fare structures, and industry trends.
- Manage and update client records and booking systems to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in preparing travel itineraries and ensuring all travel documents are accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet client needs and enhance service delivery.
- Handle payment processing and ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ticketing, reservations, or a similar role within the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and ticketing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
