Responsibility
- Assist licensed therapists in delivering high-quality patient care during office hours.
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and materials for therapy sessions.
- Support patients with mobility exercises, therapeutic activities, and daily living tasks under supervision.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up.
- Monitor and report patient progress to therapists and healthcare teams.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during therapy sessions.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Therapy Assistance, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or therapy support role (internships or volunteer work considered).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work compassionately with diverse patient groups.
- Basic knowledge of therapeutic techniques, patient care, and medical terminology.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
