Responsibility
- Assist licensed therapists in conducting patient assessments and implementing treatment plans.
- Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and materials for therapy sessions.
- Guide and motivate patients during rehabilitation exercises and activities.
- Document patient progress, responses to treatment, and any concerns for therapist review.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or certification required – full training provided.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
