Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Monitor and maintain the safety of children and guests within the indoor playground.
- Assist with the setup, operation, and cleanup of playground equipment and facilities.
- Engage with children through interactive games, activities, and storytelling.
- Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide information about playground rules and services.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the playground area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to organize special events and promotions.
- Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure a secure environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in childcare or hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, childcare, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Passion for working with children and creating a fun, safe atmosphere.
- Basic first aid knowledge is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
