Responsibility
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and client retention.
- Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing team of spa professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and budgeting to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, HR) to align spa services with broader business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a pristine and secure environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, corporate partners, and travel agencies to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in spa management, hospitality, or luxury wellness, with a proven track record in sales and operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
- Proficient in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis to drive profitability.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of spa software, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools to streamline operations and sales.
