Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple hospitality venues, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to drive profitability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Analyze market trends and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Represent the company in industry events, partnerships, and community engagements to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a large team.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
