Responsibility
- Provide immediate front-line support to resolve test station downtime and ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on equipment to identify and rectify technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Document all technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities for future reference and compliance.
- Monitor and analyze test station performance to proactively address potential failures.
- Assist in the calibration and setup of test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians and operational staff on equipment usage and troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of test equipment, diagnostic tools, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) to effectively document and report issues.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards in manufacturing settings.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
