Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive testing and debugging of server hardware and components to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to report defects, suggest improvements, and validate fixes.
- Document test procedures, results, and anomalies in detailed technical reports.
- Assemble, configure, and disassemble server systems for testing and validation purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in server hardware and debugging techniques.
- Assist in the development of test scripts and automation tools to streamline debugging processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all testing procedures.
Qualifications
- A diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in hardware testing, debugging, or technical support (entry-level candidates with strong foundational knowledge are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with server hardware, motherboards, CPUs, RAM, storage devices, and networking components.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers) and software (e.g., debugging utilities, stress-testing applications).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and data sheets.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
