Responsibility
- Install, configure, and maintain fire alarm, suppression, CCTV, and access control systems in compliance with industry standards.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of security and fire protection systems.
- Respond to emergency service calls and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to assess security needs and recommend solutions.
- Prepare detailed service reports, documentation, and system diagrams.
- Ensure all installations meet local regulations, safety codes, and company protocols.
- Provide on-site training to clients on system operation and basic maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in fire and security technology through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Fire & Security Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
- Certification in fire safety, electrical systems, or security technology (e.g., NICET, BISCI) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to handle installation tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
