Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial bakery and packaging machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in production equipment and implement timely solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot operational issues and improve machine efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance and repair tasks.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new bakery and packaging equipment as needed.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior technicians and production staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine technician in the food, bakery, or packaging industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with bakery equipment (ovens, mixers, conveyors) and packaging machines (sealers, labelers, fillers).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in industrial maintenance or a related technical field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to production schedules.
