Responsibility
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AI-powered applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Conduct manual and automated testing, including regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to identify and report defects.
- Evaluate AI models for accuracy, bias, and ethical compliance, providing actionable feedback to data science and development teams.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define quality metrics for AI products.
- Design and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and track defects through resolution using bug-tracking systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and AI evaluation to continuously enhance testing methodologies.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Test Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on AI/ML products being a plus.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, Postman, Appium).
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model evaluation techniques, and ethical AI principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certifications in QA, AI, or related fields (e.g., ISTQB, Coursera AI certifications) are advantageous.
