Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or PHP).
- Develop and optimize database solutions (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure data integrity, performance, and security for business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in existing systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices in software development (e.g., Agile, CI/CD, version control).
- Perform system testing, performance tuning, and security audits to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive business growth.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Programmer Analyst, Software Developer, or similar role, with a focus on web applications and databases.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, PHP, or Java, and experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Laravel.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and SQL query optimization.
- Experience with API development and integration (RESTful, GraphQL) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, or Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in a hybrid or remote setup is advantageous.
