Responsibility
- Design and develop high-fidelity UI components for AI-native products, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent features (e.g., dynamic layouts, adaptive UIs) into the product interface.
- Optimize front-end performance for AI-heavy applications, balancing visual richness with speed and responsiveness.
- Prototype and iterate on UI concepts using modern tools (Figma, Framer, or similar) and validate designs through user testing.
- Implement responsive and adaptive designs that work seamlessly across devices and AI-driven personalization scenarios.
- Stay ahead of UI/UX trends in AI, including generative design, voice interfaces, and context-aware interactions.
- Write clean, maintainable code (React, Vue, or similar) and contribute to design systems that support AI product evolution.
- Work closely with product managers and backend engineers to align UI development with AI model capabilities and business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a UI Engineer, Front-End Developer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing AI/ML-integrated interfaces.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, CSS-in-JS, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, including accessibility (WCAG), design systems, and component-based architecture.
- Experience with AI/ML tools (e.g., TensorFlow.js, stable diffusion APIs) or a willingness to learn AI-driven design workflows.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for prototyping and collaboration with designers.
- Ability to solve complex UI challenges in AI contexts (e.g., real-time data visualization, conversational interfaces).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for remote work in a global team.
