Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end ICT project lifecycles for government clients, from planning to implementation and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with government policies and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and public sector representatives, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial updates, and compliance documentation to senior management and government stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards (e.g., data protection, procurement guidelines) in all project deliverables.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through effective communication, workshops, and change management initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in government ICT systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in government or public sector ICT projects.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, compliance frameworks, and ICT policies in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior officials, vendors, and technical teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
