Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define process workflows.
- Develop and maintain reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to streamline RPA development.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation scripts to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Monitor and optimize automated processes, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Document technical specifications, process designs, and user manuals for RPA solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and UiPath technologies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UiPath.
- Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath tools.
- Experience with .NET, C#, or other programming languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with process modeling, workflow design, and business process automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath RPA Developer Advanced) is highly desirable.
