Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned stations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor and evaluate station performance metrics, including sales, inventory, and customer service standards.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements across all stations.
- Coordinate with regional teams to align station activities with broader business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Train, mentor, and supervise station staff to maintain high levels of productivity and professionalism.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to management as needed.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on station performance, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in station or retail operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior in South Luzon is a plus.
