Responsibility
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the optical or consumer products industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Bali is a plus.
