Responsibility
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies for the assigned territory.
- Coordinate and oversee sales activities with sub-distributors to achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distribution partners.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to guide decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in distribution or FMCG.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
