Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Bali territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth for Big E Food Corporation’s product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for sales optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and trade activations tailored to the Bali market.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical standards in all business dealings.
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analysis to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a diverse sales team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and develop data-driven strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and sales forecasting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are advantageous.
