Responsibility
- Manage and administer mining tenements, permits, and land agreements in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Coordinate with government agencies, local communities, and internal teams to ensure seamless land acquisition and permitting processes.
- Monitor and renew tenement licenses, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Conduct due diligence on land titles, ownership, and legal restrictions to mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, landowners, and stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on tenement status, compliance, and potential risks for senior management.
- Assist in resolving land disputes and negotiating agreements with affected parties.
- Stay updated on changes in mining laws, environmental regulations, and land-use policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Land Administration, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mining tenement management, land administration, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining laws, land acquisition processes, and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to liaise with government agencies, legal teams, and community stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in legal documentation, contract review, and compliance reporting.
- Willingness to travel to remote sites and engage with local communities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
