Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with tenants to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular visits to tenant stores to assess their needs and address any operational or logistical challenges.
- Collaborate with mall management, marketing, and operations teams to organize events, promotions, and initiatives that enhance tenant engagement and foot traffic.
- Monitor tenant compliance with mall policies, lease agreements, and operational guidelines, ensuring a seamless and professional retail environment.
- Gather and analyze tenant feedback to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
- Assist in conflict resolution between tenants or between tenants and mall management, fostering a collaborative and respectful atmosphere.
- Prepare and present regular reports on tenant relations, including satisfaction metrics, issues resolved, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tenant relations, customer service, or a similar role within the retail, hospitality, or property management industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing tenant concerns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or tenant management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric mindset.
